Cofounded CinemaCraft — a content studio that produced 500+ Minecraft videos generating billions of views for YouTube's biggest gaming creators, including PrestonPlayz and BriannaPlayz. Led development and production across a 15-person team, managing budgets, delivery, and creative execution for 3 years.

What started as a Minecraft content operation grew into a full production studio with real revenue, real headcount, and real accountability.
I cofounded CinemaCraft and built it from the ground up. This wasn't freelance video work — it was a production operation shipping 7+ videos per week, consistently, for 3 years. We produced content for PrestonPlayz and BriannaPlayz — creators with tens of millions of subscribers — with full P&L accountability and a team of 15.
My role spanned the full operation. I led development — building custom Minecraft worlds, maps, and gameplay systems for every video. I managed production — establishing the pipeline that let us hit a 7+ video per week cadence without quality dropping. I hired and mentored developers, oversaw asset production, and was deeply involved in creative decisions about what we built and how.
The scale of this operation is what built the muscles for everything that came after. Managing a team, shipping on a deadline, maintaining quality at volume — that foundation carried directly into Minecraft Marketplace and eventually BIG Games.
