Led development and production of 68 Minecraft Marketplace products from concept through Microsoft's review process. Partnered with creators totaling 130M+ subscribers. Managed the full lifecycle — hiring developers, overseeing asset production, building every product from scratch, and navigating Microsoft's approval pipeline.

The Minecraft Marketplace is one of the largest digital content storefronts in gaming — and shipping products to it requires navigating Microsoft's review process, building to their technical standards, and producing content that stands out in a competitive catalog.
I led development and managed production for our entire Marketplace operation. Every product was built from scratch — worlds, skins, textures, gameplay mechanics — and needed to pass Microsoft's quality bar before going live.
Concept & Planning
Worked with the team to define what we'd build, which creators we'd partner with, and how to position each product in the Marketplace.
Development
Led the build of every product. Minecraft world creation, gameplay systems, asset integration, and technical implementation to meet Microsoft's specifications.
Team & Asset Management
Hired and mentored developers, oversaw the asset production pipeline, and maintained quality standards across the team as we scaled output.
Submission & Review
Managed the end-to-end process of packaging, submitting, and navigating Microsoft's review process for each of the 68 products we shipped.
Creator partnerships
Partnered with some of YouTube's biggest gaming creators to co-brand and distribute Marketplace content, leveraging their audiences to drive millions of purchases.
